Delta Zeta encourages our members to hold a natural curiosity of the world. Being curious allows for the expansion of knowledge and understanding. We believe that education is the most fundamental tool a woman can have, a principle evident in the work ethic of each of its members. Delta Zeta was founded on the principle of learning, not only in a scholastic setting, but in every phase of life.

Academic excellence is one of our core values, and we encourage every member to prioritize her education while striving to reach her full potential. Our chapter promotes a supportive environment where members are motivated to stay committed to their academic goals by completing designated study hours each semester. To celebrate this dedication, members with the highest number of study hours are recognized with special rewards. By fostering a culture that values scholarship, we empower our sisters to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
