CURIOSITY

Delta Zeta encourages our members to hold a natural curiosity of the world. Being curious allows for the expansion of knowledge and understanding. We believe that education is the most fundamental tool a woman can have, a principle evident in the work ethic of each of its members. Delta Zeta was founded on the principle of learning, not only in a scholastic setting, but in every phase of life.

We encourage our members to always put their academics first, pairing each new member with an older sister in the same major to serve as their personal academic mentor. Members are required to complete a certain number of study hours each semester, and are rewarded with various gifts for having the most amount of study hours. Additionally, at the end of each semester, an Academics Banquet is held for active members alike to celebrate the academic achievements of the past semester.
